Straw yellow, with soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, elegant, characterized by floral notes of lime and citrus nuances of white peach. In the mouth, it is balanced and defined, crunchy, very pleasant. A trace of flavor accompanies it up to a finish of excellent persistence.
